Sun cellular have recently announced on their Facebook page that they have included Samsung Galaxy Y on their postpaid plan under Plan 350.

With this plan you will be able to enjoy unlimited Sun Calls and unlimited text (sun to sun) plus 250 text to other network. This unit is available for new acquisition and loyalty availment. and is under 30 month holding period. It can also be bundled with other broadband plans such easy broadband plan 350.

Requirements for postpaid application are as follows;

Proof of Identification – at least 2 Valid IDs
Proof of Billing – most recent with proof of payment if already due
Proof of Income – COE (Compensation/ITR together with your two half month payslip)

Sun broadband have made some upgrades just recently, with their prepaid kit internet speeds from up to 2mbps it is now up to 3.6mbps. Following Smart Broadband who have previously updated their speed for power plug-it to up to 3.6 mbps, it seems like consumer is now getting a more improve internet service from the leading ISP in the Philippines. Even PLDT mydsl do the same last June 2011 for their myDSL Plan 3000, from 3mbps upgrading it to up to 5 mbps.

The 3.6mbps of Sun Broadband also applies for the Postpaid Plans: Plan 350 Lite, MyWifi Plan 495, Easy Broadband 799, Plan 649 Bundle, and Plan 799. While Sun Broadband 1399 internet speed upgrade is up to 7.2mbps.
